Returns & Refunds

All INUSAKI pieces are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item

To request a replacement or refund: Email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sizing issues — please check the size guide carefully before ordering
  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in fabric or color between batches — this is normal in garment manufacturing

Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
