When will my order ships orders are fulfilled within 2–3 business days, and your order arrives within 7–14 business days total, tracked from door to door. [Free U.S. shipping. / Shipping calculated at checkout.]

can i track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 3 business days.

what is it made of?

How does the hoodie fit?
Boxy and oversized — that's intentional. If you're between sizes or prefer a cleaner silhouette, size down. If you want the full uniform look, stay true to size.

How do the pants fit?
Relaxed and wide through the leg. Same rule — size down for a slimmer fit, true to size for the full oversized uniform look. They're designed to be worn together.

Heavyweight cotton-poly fleece blend at 350g/m². Built to hold structure and last.

returns?

Returns & Exchanges

We want you in the uniform with full confidence. If the fit isn't right, we've got you.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on unworn, unwashed items with tags intact.

Size swaps & exchanges — We'll exchange for a different size based on availability. You cover return shipping; we cover shipping on the replacement.

Returns for refund — Eligible within 14 days for unworn items. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original and return shipping are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item — On us, 100%. Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or fully refund you, return shipping included.

How to start: Email support.@inusaki.com with your order number and what you need. We reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Is the bundle worth it?
